Minimum income requirement to
provide financial support on form I-864
When the case
processing date is current, the National Visa Center will send a
notice of action for the petitioner to submit payment and to
file for I-864. The table below lists the 2011 level of
income required by the USCIS for the petitioner/primary or
secondary sponsor to file for financial support for his/her
intended beneficiaries. The sponsors must be able to provide
his/her financial records in order to prove the annual income
including but not limited to previous tax returns, tax
transcripts, income statements and current employment letter.
